Well it's cause he viewed aizen as a brat rather than a serious issue plus, kubo himself stated that base aizen was stronger than Yamamoto. We all know if Yama ji were to get serious he could have killed base aizen easily. Also Aizen and these arrancars are two different things and the combined power of espadas is less than aizen(the man said so himself) and same goes for yama ji. Heck even Shunsui could kill them all in one fell swoop if he were to take it seriously. Sorry for the long reply!
